Time Management

I am horrible about wanting to do a million things in a day and accomplishing nothing. I always get off track. I can do these things in a day but I get lazy or preoccupied with other things. I just need to get re-organized and make sure I stick to my schedule.
UPDATE: "Shredding Fat"
Well working out was a bust this week but I am now on day 5 of my Max phase of my 24 day challenge. That is day 15 of 24. I havent lost pounds but I have lost inches. My clothes are fitting better. I think if I can stick to my workout routines and drink more water it will start falling off.
Also, the Spiritual shredding has been amazing.
So, if the son sets you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:36
I have truly found freedom in a situation I thought I was walking in freedom with. It was amazing the peace I felt after the tears were gone. And it was amazing how God ordained it all and I was able to share it with two of my closest friends!! All week I have been having actual quiet time with God every morning and journaling. I see a difference when I am talking with others now. I'm being more intentional about if I'm glorifying God. I'm noticing if I'm pointing people to or from God by my Words or actions. It's easy for us to get caught up in ourselves and forget about the others but this week my goal is to talk less about me and more about God and others.

My prayer for this week is to be better with my time management, workout more and be less about me and more about God and others.
